Participate in developing cutting edge medical software!

Vironova is a Swedish biotechnology company providing comprehensive software, hardware and services for the analysis of nanoparticles. We develop the tools Vironova Analyzer Software (VAS), a tool for computer-assisted analysis of transmission electron microscopy and VIAS, an imaging and analysis software that controls transmission electron microscopes.


The role 

Join our software development team with 18 dedicated people where your role is to take our technical platform to the next level. We need you to contribute further to the job we have already done, and we expect you to inspire us with your vision of the roadmap to use within this area.

You will design, extend, and maintain our devops infrastructure, develop the delivery pipeline and monitor capabilities as well as the various tools we use to operate our technical platform. You will also be a central contributor to our future solutions for test data organization and automated access.  We work in an agile environment with a strong focus on automation, reliability, quality, and traceability. Do we need to say that continuous improvement is in our DNA? So, to succeed in this role, you need to share knowledge and to establish understanding of your vision in the development teams; and you are welcome to call yourself a guru.

Our technical platform now: Windows, Linux, .Net 4.7, WPF, Tensorflow, OpenCL, OpenCV, Jenkins, Physical build servers, Raw git, Network shares, Scripts in bash, ruby & python, Asciidoctor, SonarQube

And on our wish list: (for you to explore) Mix of physical and virtual environment (Docker, KVM, …), GitLab, GitHub, Artefactory, Nexus 3, Cloud services


  • At least 5 years work experience with background from system development
  • Excellent knowledge with CI/CD, DevOps, Agile, test automation
  • You are fluent in English, both spoken and in writing
  • You must already be a resident in Sweden, however Swedish is not a mandatory requirement
